iPA started donation of books by 8-May, 2014 to set up a library in village named as Achhraunda (अच्छरौन्डा) in Partapur, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
The very first donor were Deepanand and Akhilesh from Keshav Mahavidyalaya, University of Delhi on 10 May, 2014.
